We are looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative & Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with documents, invoices, data entry, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced office environment. Key Responsibilities
• Process and track invoices.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records.
• Organize and manage digital files and documentation.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Learn and use company software and office systems.
• Assist with administrative projects and daily office operations.
• Prepare, update, and maintain reports and spreadsheets.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding documentation.
• Provide support to team members and assist with office coverage when required.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Previous administrative, office, or data entry experience is preferred.
• Experience working with invoices or accounting documents is an asset.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel is an asset but not required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
