Hello! My name is Maria. I’m an Ontario-certified Personal Support Worker with four years of hospital care experience, including two years in Ontario in general medicine, long-term care and complex continuing care settings

I love working with people and making a positive difference in their everyday lives. I treat each person with warmth and respect, taking time to understand their preferences and what matters to them. My goal is to preserve dignity, bring comfort and joy, and support people in maintaining their abilities and independence for as long as possible.

I offer:

• Dementia and Alzheimer’s support, with patience, reassurance and gentle redirection.
• Support during recovery after surgery or a hospital stay, following individual needs and the care plan.
• Personal care and everyday assistance, encouraging people to do what they can while helping where needed.
• Relief for family caregivers, so you can take a break while your loved one receives attentive support.
