Custom Cabinetry & Millwork | Commercial Retail Stores in Schomber, ON.
We are seeking a skilled CNC Wood Programmer & Operator to join our custom millwork shop, producing high-quality custom cabinetry and commercial retail fixtures. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently across all aspects of cabinetry manufacturing, from programming to production and problem-solving on the shop floor.

Responsibilities:

- Program, set up, and operate CNC woodworking machines
- Interpret and work from shop drawings and CAD drawings
- Program using Microvellum software (experience with similar software is an asset)
- Troubleshoot machining and production issues as they arise
- Participate in the assembly process when necessary to ensure all components fit together correctly
- Operate and assist with other shop machinery including edge bander, table saw, CNC, and assembly equipment
- Maintain consistent quality, accuracy, and efficiency
- Keep a clean and organized workspace
- Follow shop procedures and safety standards

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years experience in custom cabinetry and/or millwork
- Proven CNC programming and operation experience in woodworking
- Strong understanding of cabinetry construction and manufacturing processes
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
- High attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Machinery experience: Edge banding, table saw, CNC, and assembly
