Job Opportunity: Office Administrator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our small manufacturing business in Concord, ON. This role offers a flexible schedule with part-time or full-time hours in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process invoices accurately and on time.

• Maintain bookkeeping records, including accounts payables/receivables and reconciliations.

• Process payroll and ensure accurate government remittances.

• Handle customer calls and assist with payment collections.

• Manage administrative tasks such as filing, proofreading, and maintaining records.

• Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and scheduling.

• Support administrative staff with day-to-day operations.


Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

• Basic bookkeeping and administrative experience.

• Driver's license for occasional use.

• Organized, reliable, and eager to learn.

• Training will be provided.

• Technical background is an asset.
