We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong technical expertise who can confidently walk into any system, diagnose issues, and troubleshoot independently.
The ideal candidate will become the go-to technician for all service calls and system maintenance.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience
- Valid G2 Gas License
- Extensive experience with boilers and hydronic systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Experience with hydronic in-floor heating, radiator systems, and snowmelt systems
- Ability to walk into any situation, assess problems, and clearly identify next steps
- Strong independence and initiative

Bonus Qualifications - Experience with NTI and Navien boilers

Role Expectations:
- Serve as the lead technician for service calls and maintenance members
- Represent our brand with the highest level of professionalism and customer service
- Exceptional communication and client-facing skills are essential
- Comfortable working directly with clients onsite
