Easy Renovation provides quality kitchen, bathroom and condo renovation and remodeling services throughout the GTA and surrounding cities. We pride ourselves in our commitment to customer satisfaction and quality of our products and execution.

As we are rapidly growing, we are excited to welcome a new sales team member to join us!

This is an office position with the possibility of remote work.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Present our products and services on a Zoom presentation call to potential customers
Engage with residential customers, by coming over to their homes, to help them finalize their materials, and construction scope
Finalize materials and scope of work and close the sales in person and via email
Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up with prospective customers in a timely manner
Provide accurate cost estimates and ensure clarity on pricing details and project timelines
Collaborate with the project management team to ensure seamless handoff and project execution
Keep up-to-date with new product offerings and industry trends to enhance presentations and recommendations.
Desired qualifications:

excellent command of the English language sales experience
customer service driven great communicator with both clients and construction crews
great organizational skills can-do attitude
experience with project coordination is preferred yet not necessary
experience in construction and/or renovation field is preferred yet not necessary
Full G Driver’s License + Car.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$169,587.91 per year
