We are recruiting for a Airframe Supervisor for our client in Mississauga. Must have a AME-S license are strong assets, experience working on Dash 8 Aircraft, proficient in sheet metal work, previous experience working in a Transport Canada-approved facility or with AS9100 certification. Strong mechanical and technical knowledge, with experience in
repairing and overhauling airframe components.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and direct the repair, overhaul, and maintenance of airframe components, including disassembly, assembly, inspection, cleaning, and testing.
- Troubleshoot complex structural issues and implement appropriate repair solutions. Perform and oversee composite repairs, including leading-edge repairs (such as reskin) and major lower-cowling repairs.
- Review and interpret Maintenance Manuals, Service Bulletins, Technical Specifications, and Drawings related to components and procedures.
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and procedures as required by Transport Canada.
- Review results or all works, compare results to objectives, and take steps to ensure that appropriate measures are taken to correct unsatisfactory results.
- Drive accountability for daily tasks, including schedule adherence, asset utilization, and maintaining productivity and quality standards.
- Ensure that Dept scheduling minimizes turnaround times and adheres to deadlines.
- Manage WIP and part shortage activities, ensuring smooth operations.
- Mentor and support team members in their career development, conducting regular performance reviews and offering guidance for advancement.
- Ensure that the workplace remains safe, organized, and efficient, maintaining high attention to detail in all tasks.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, equipment procurement, and manage budgetary requirements.
- Perform other duties as required

Salary 30$ per hour for start.
