We are looking for a professional, detail-oriented Barista who takes pride in craftsmanship, hospitality, and consistency. This role goes beyond making coffee, it’s about delivering a polished customer experience and supporting daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, teas, and specialty drinks with consistency
Deliver exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner
Operate POS systems (including Square) with accuracy
Support Uber Eats and other delivery platforms
Maintain cleanliness and organization in line with food safety standards
Assist with light food preparation and stock management
Manage multiple orders while maintaining speed and quality

Qualifications & Requirements

Previous barista or food service experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using POS systems and digital tools
Experience with delivery platforms (Uber Eats or similar) is an asset

Smart Serve Certificate
Food Handler Certificate
