We are looking for an experienced caulking technician to assist with a large high rise construction project.

The successful candidate must have experience working on high-rise construction sites and hold the required licensing or certifications to access and work on these sites. You should be skilled in commercial caulking, understand proper application techniques, and be able to produce high quality work.

This is a long-term project expected to last approximately one year. We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and able to work as part of a team.

Requirements:

Valid licensing or certifications required for high-rise construction work.
Experience with commercial/high rise caulking.
Knowledge of proper caulking application techniques.
Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Project Duration: Approximately 1 year.
