Job Title: Junior Graphics & Administrative Assistant
Job Type: [Full-time]
Key Responsibilities
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and document management
• Answer telephone and electronic inquiries; relay calls and messages as needed
• Compile data, statistics, and other information to support research activities
• Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
• Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing and advertising materials, including brochures, exhibits, social media graphics, website content, and presentations
• Capture and edit product photography for use in marketing materials, website listings, and social media
• Support graphic design tasks using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Use Microsoft Office applications to prepare documents and presentations
• Work independently, making decisions and resolving issues with minimal supervision
• Maintain strong attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables
Qualifications
• Diploma or coursework in Graphic Design, Photography, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience or strong interest in product photography and photo editing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Previous internship or entry-level experience in administrative, design, or photography roles is an asset
