
Landscape Office Manager
Full-time | Richmond Hill, ON | $60,000–$80,000/year + Performance Bonus

You’ll be the driving force behind daily operations, helping build structure, improve processes, and lead the team to stay organized and aligned. This role goes beyond administration — you’ll play a key part in shaping how the office and marketing functions run efficiently.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage calls, emails, calendars, and internal communication
Oversee office operations, organization, and workflow efficiency
Develop and implement office and marketing processes
Support HR functions (onboarding, coordination, team support)
Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth daily operations
Assist leadership with administrative and operational initiatives
Lead and support the team to maintain structure, accountability, and performance
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience in office or administrative management
Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
