We are looking technician installs, repairs, and maintains industrial and commercial doors, including overhead, high-speed, and dock-leveler systems. Your work involves both manual tasks like using tools and physically demanding labor, and more technical duties like troubleshooting electrical operators, performing safety inspections, and reading blueprints. You provide emergency services and preventive maintenance to ensure doors are safe and operational for businesses in various sectors.

Job Responsibilities:
- Installing new commercial and industrial doors, dock levelers, and their associated electrical systems.
- Diagnosing and fixing issues like broken springs, cables, rollers, sensors, and damaged panels.
- Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure long-term functionality.
- Conducting safety inspections to identify potential hazards, such as faulty openers or damaged parts.
- Replacing parts such as locks, windows, and other hardware.

Skills and qualifications:
- Ability to use hand and power tools, interpret blueprints, and understand electrical systems.
- The work can be physically demanding, requiring manual dexterity and strength.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose complex issues with mechanical and electrical components.
