We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to oversee daily security operations and lead a team of security personnel. The ideal candidate will ensure site safety, maintain high performance standards, and provide strong leadership while supporting company policies and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate security guards during assigned shifts
- Ensure all posts are properly staffed and covered
- Conduct site inspections and patrols
- Monitor CCTV and security systems as required
- Prepare daily activity reports and incident reports
- Handle escalated situations professionally and efficiently
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff
- Enforce company policies and safety procedures
- Liaise with management and clients regarding security matters

Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of security experience
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
- Valid Security Guard License
- First Aid & CPR certification (asset)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
- Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends)
