Customer Service / Order Entry Administrator
📍 Location: Aurora, ON
💰 Pay Rate: $19–$21 per hour
A growing company in Aurora is seeking a Customer Service / Order Entry Administrator to provide customer service and administrative support for order processing, invoicing, logistics coordination, and customer account activities.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide product, pricing, and order information
- Assist customers with order inquiries, delivery updates, and general requests
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Enter customer orders and invoices accurately into the ERP system
- Review orders for accuracy and pricing
- Monitor open orders and follow up on outstanding actions
- Upload and maintain customer orders on customer portals
- Complete shipment notifications and Advance Shipping Notices (ASN)
- Upload invoices and supporting documentation to customer portals
- Ensure portal information is accurate and completed on time
- Scan, save, and electronically file customer, supplier, and accounting documents
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, order entry, or administration
- Experience with SPS Commerce is an asset
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with ERP systems is preferred
