Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, debone, and prepare various meats (beef, pork, poultry, etc.)
- Portion and package products according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area
- Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
- Monitor inventory and maintain product freshness

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a butcher or meat cutter preferred
- Strong knife skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of different meat cuts and preparation methods
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
