🔧 Duties:
- Feed gluing machines
- Pack glued folding cartons into corrugated boxes
- Operate taping machines for final palletization
- Monitor quality and report issues to the gluer operator
- Inspect for missing glue, damaged creases, and printing defects
- Ensure accurate case counts
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Review job materials and specifications
- Work closely with team members for efficient production

✅ Qualifications:
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move pallets (pump truck)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Basic math skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude (willing to learn)
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Team player with a hands-on attitude
⭐ Experience with folding cartons, boxboard, or corrugated packaging is an asset

🕒 Schedule:
Day & Night Shifts Available, 8 or 10-hour shifts, 4–5 days per week
