Office Administrator

We collaborate closely with restoration companies to manage insurance claims, ensuring our clients receive top-notch solutions during their time of need. In addition to our restoration efforts, we are also heavily involved in construction projects that integrate our expertise across all three divisions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office.

Responsibilities
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with payroll and billing processing
- Maintain and update filing systems
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist in budgeting and financial reporting processes

Experience
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), QuickBooks
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

$20-22/hour
