Location: 99 Brisbane Road, North York, ON (In-Person)
Job Types: Part-Time, potentially growing to a Full-Time position
Pay: Starting from $18.00/hour
An Event Company is seeking a motivated and dependable assistant to support our office team with day-to-day operations and staff management.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training valet and event staff
• Help with scheduling and maintaining coverage across sites and events
• Ensure staff maintain a high level of professionalism and service knowledge
• Support administrative tasks such as payroll preparation and staff communication
• Conduct site visits to evaluate performance and provide feedback
Requirements
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Previous HR or staffing experience preferred (recruitment, training, or scheduling)
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Must be energetic, reliable, and proactive
• In-person role — must be available to work from the office
• Own vehicle preferred for site visits
• Flexible availability — full-time role includes 9 AM–5 PM office hours plus evening/weekend site visits as needed
Growth Opportunity
