We are seeking an experienced Production Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our window manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will develop, optimize, and manage production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety. This role involves planning workloads, managing resources, coaching the production team, and ensuring on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute production activities to meet delivery and quality goals
Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Manage inventory and resource allocation for efficient production flow
Lead, mentor, and train production staff to encourage continuous improvement
Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement workflow solutions
Maintain high standards of quality control throughout manufacturing
Assist in implementing process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives

Qualifications

Proven experience in manufacturing supervision or production leadership
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and quality assurance
Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
Effective communication skills
Ability to analyze data, identify issues, and develop strategic solutions
Familiarity with manufacturing software and MS Office applications

Problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced settings
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing)
