We are seeking an experienced recruiter for long-term collaboration to help us source and hire candidates on a regular basis.

1) Sales Department (Sales roles)
2) Installation Department (Roofing / Installation roles)
3) 3 open positions available immediately

Key Responsibilities:
1) Source and attract qualified candidates
2) Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews
3) Present shortlisted candidates aligned with our requirements
4) Support ongoing hiring needs as the company grows

Requirements:
1) Strong understanding of the Canadian job market
2) Proven experience in recruitment (construction or sales roles is an asset)
3) Ability to deliver consistent results
4) Strong communication and organizational skills
