Responsibilities:
• Oversee supplier orders and ensure timely procurement.
• Manage work orders efficiently.
• Maintain and enforce quality standards by inspecting materials and finished products for consistency.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries.
• Keep material stock levels updated and organized.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders by customer.
• Supervise necessary machinery maintenance.
• Provide daily briefings to the management team on production-related matters.
• Report incidents promptly to management.
• Proactively implement new procedures to optimize resources, budgets, and production output.
• Promote an environment of cooperation, collaboration, contribution, and community within the production team.
• Demonstrate proactive behavior and adhere to internal company policies, setting a standard for the team.
• Manage production budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and maintain cost-effective operations.
• Develop detailed production schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and streamline workflow to meet production targets.
• Schedule regular maintenance and repairs to avoid production disruptions.
• Enforce safety protocols, conduct training sessions, and address potential hazards in the workplace.
• Identify and resolve production issues quickly, including equipment malfunctions and quality concerns.
• Track production metrics, generate performance reports, and highlight areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain quality standards.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and engineering departments to maintain smooth production processes.

HOURS OF OPERATION - Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pm
Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour.
