We are recruiting for a Project Manager for our client in Concord. Must have as a Canadian Construction Project Manager experience: 4 years (required).
Responsibilities:
• Understand project goals, budget, and timeline. Take-offs, generate estimates and send job bids.
• Create project schedule once awarded, budget, and risk plans.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and get permits if necessary.
• Select contractors and arrange subcontract contracts.
• Send out POs for materials need to suppliers.
• Oversee construction activities on-site.
• Manage contractors, materials, and safety.
• Solve on-site issues and ensure work quality.
• Track schedule, budget, and percentage progress job done to invoice.
• Handle change orders and mitigate risks.
• Maintain reports and documentation.
• Final inspections and handover to client.
• Close contracts and finalize documentation.
Requirements:
- Have Previous knowledge in project processes related to construction.
- Be responsible and accountable for the work assigned.
- Pay close attention and record all details to avoid mistakes.
- Need to have good skills in delegating and communication, verbal and written.
- Oversee and coordinate procedures, and review, evaluate, and implement new procedures.
- Knowledge of Project Manager Software – Procore, is assent.
- To carry out the above duties in a professional manner.
- To dress in a clean and presentable.
Salary 32-36$ per hour.
