This is a key role that combines **customer service, sales, and logistics coordination**. We need someone who is organized, proactive, and confident in communicating with clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Booking new clients and confirming moving details
- Following up with leads and existing customers
-Coordinating schedules and logistics
- Combining jobs and optimizing loads/routes
-Assisting with daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
**Requirements:**
* **Excellent English (spoken & written)**
* Strong communication and people skills
* Positive attitude and professional demeanor
* Sales mindset and willingness to close deals
* Highly organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to multitask and solve problems independently
