Naturally, the number of tours here is off the charts. You can take a helicopter flight over the Niagara, walk across the "Rainbow Bridge," and even take small boats up close to the falls.
Seeing Niagara Falls in person is always a wonderful experience. However, witnessing it in frozen form is lucky for very few. Of course, the waterfall does not freeze completely, and even partially it "freezes" only occasionally — this requires a certain number of consecutive days with low temperatures.
