💰 Pay: $22/hour
🕐 Full-Time Position

Requirements:
- Valid Full G Driver’s Licence
- Clean 3-year Driver’s Abstract
- Must speak Russian and English
- Strong driving skills, safety awareness and good judgment
- Physically able to lift and handle wheels/rims weighing approximately 15–20 kg
- Reliable and professional when dealing with clients

Job Duties:
- Pick up and deliver rims/wheels to clients
- Drive company routes safely and efficiently
- Load, unload and handle wheels during deliveries
- Provide professional customer service at delivery locations

🚗 Driver Assessment / Interview
The interview is a half-day driving assessment because the position requires observing your driving and job performance during an actual delivery route.

The candidate will:
- Start the morning route with our trainee
- Be assessed on driving, safety, judgment and job performance
- Participate in actual deliveries, including lifting and handling wheels
- Return to the base/shop after the first half of the route
- Receive the assessment result from our trainee

If the candidate passes the assessment and is asked to stay for the remainder of the day, they will be paid for the full day worked.

The assessment cannot be limited to one hour because we need to observe the candidate during actual deliveries and ensure the route can be completed safely and appropriately.
