Position Requirements
- Valid Ontario Plumbing Licence or Interprovincial (Red Seal) Plumbing Licence
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- At least three (3) years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Experience installing, assembling, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, piping, fixtures, and equipment used for water supply, drainage, and wastewater systems
- Strong understanding of the Ontario Plumbing Code and Building Code
- Ability to perform physically demanding work, including heavy lifting, prolonged standing and walking, ladder work, and moving equipment and materials
- Valid Class G driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Valid WHMIS and Working at Heights certifications
