Office Administrator/Mississauga
Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with accuracy and professionalism
Support payroll and billing processing in a timely, detail-oriented manner
Maintain and organize filing systems for efficient access
Coordinate office activities to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient operations
Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
Work collaboratively with colleagues to support daily office functions
Assist in budgeting and financial reporting processes
Experience & Qualifications
Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and take initiative
Strong teamwork skills with the ability to support a collaborative work environment
Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, etc.)
Experience with QuickBooks
Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Clear and professional written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
