Key Responsibilities:
• Convert inbound leads from marketing, events, and referrals
• Conduct on-site and virtual client consultations
• Create custom proposals using CRM tools
• Follow up and close deals consistently
• Guide clients through materials and design decisions
• Maintain pipeline discipline and communication standards
• Operate independently with full ownership of results
• Participate in daily sales training, meetings, and development
• Generate your own leads to increase earnings

Requirements:
• 2–5+ years in construction/landscaping/renovation sales
• Strong closing skills in high-ticket sales
• Experience with CRM and quoting tools
• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• Self-driven, disciplined, and results-oriented
• No micromanagement — performance-based role

Требования:
• Опыт продаж 2–5+ лет (строительство/ремонт)
• Умение закрывать сделки высокого чека
• Опыт работы с CRM
• Наличие авто и водительских прав
• Высокая мотивация и ориентация на результат
• Самостоятельность, без микроменеджмента
