Job description:
GarbageBuddy provides reliable residential and commercial garbage collection services. We help homeowners, property managers, businesses, and commercial properties maintain clean and organized spaces through convenient waste collection solutions.
We are looking for a motivated and confident Door-to-Door Sales Representative to help grow our customer base by identifying potential clients, presenting our services, and securing new subscriptions.
Key Responsibilities
-Visit residential neighbourhoods, commercial properties, retail stores, restaurants, and other potential customers to promote GarbageBuddy services.
-Identify potential customers who need regular garbage collection or additional waste removal services.
-Generate leads, follow up with interested prospects, and convert leads into paying customers.
-Obtain accurate customer information and submit service requests, quotes, and subscription details to the office.
-Build positive relationships with potential customers and represent GarbageBuddy professionally.
-Follow company procedures and applicable rules for door-to-door sales and customer solicitation.
Qualifications and Skills
-Previous experience in door-to-door sales, direct sales, or a similar role is an asset.
-Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
-Confidence approaching new people and initiating conversations.
-Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
-Results-oriented mindset and willingness to work toward sales targets.
-Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Basic computer and smartphone skills for recording leads and submitting customer information.
-Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout the GTA are preferred.
-Ability to communicate in English; additional languages are an asset.
