Пермиты ака разрешения в свободной стране нужны на дом, деку,спилить, разрушить, колодец откопать,колодец закопать,поменять, развести костер,посрать ..... с небольшими исключениями... то что я знаю:
1. На деки не нужен только если менее чем 60 cm (24 inches) above ground, если на нее нет двери из дома.. короче
The following identifies when decks will require a building
permit:
• Attached to the building (any area, any height above finished grade).
• Area greater than 10m2 (108 ft2
) and height above finished grade more than 600mm
(24”).
• Area equal to or less than 10m2 and height above finished grade more than 600mm,
but not attached to the building if there is a door in the adjacent wall that provides
access to the deck from the house.
The following identifies when decks do not require a building permit:
• Area greater than 10m2 and height above finished grade equal to or less than
600mm, but not attached to the building.
• Area equal to or less than 10m2 and height above finished grade more than 600mm,
but not attached to the building if the deck is not accessible from the house
2. На сарайку. Если сарайка не имеет пламбинга, печки и она 10m2 (108 sq ft) ор лесс тада не надо разрешения.
3. Деревенский толчек(ака class 1 sewage system) можно вмендюрить без пермита позаботясь чтобы не засрать себе и соседу подземные воды.

Class 1 – A chemical toilet, an incinerating toilet, a recirculating toilet, a self-contained portable toilet and all forms of privy including a portable privy, an earth pit privy, a pail privy, a privy vault and a composting toilet system.
Class 2 – A class 2 sewage system can only be used for the treatment and disposal of greywater (non-human body waste) i.e., kitchen sink wastes, bathtubs, washing machines, etc…
This type of system is ONLY adequate to treat small amounts of greywater (less than 1000 litres per day) for premises such as cottages and hunt camps, etc.
Class 3 – a cesspool.
Class 4 – The most common type of sewage system, which is used to service single-family dwellings, multiple units, and commercial premises is Class 4. It is typically composed of a two-compartment septic tank and a leaching bed. The septic tank collects the raw sewage and helps in settling and digestion.
Class 5 – a system which requires or uses a holding tank for the retention of hauled sewage at the site where it is produced prior to its collection by a hauled sewage system.
