What’s the way to divorce in Russia and by Russian law from Canada?
Can Russian divorce be processed if application for divorce has been submitted by one party? Basically, I am trying to ask if both parties have to agree to divorce for it to be completed.
My best guess is that I have to go to Russian consulate in Canada to start this process.
If there is someone who have went through the same process, can you please give me a brief overview of what needs to be done.
Please reply either in English or Russian, I am good either way, but don’t have Russian keyboard unfortunately to type in Russian.
