Vopros pro rent,

I signed an 8-month rent contact at a house (not a student residence) near my university (and paid for the last month's rent). My housemates turned out to be super-loud late-nighters. I can hear loud rock music, laughing and yelling till 5 in the morning so far - they bring friends too. I don't belive this will change as the term progresses. What can I do to cancel my contract with the landlord?

1) Tell your neighbours they have untill 11p.m, after that its sleepy time

2) Have to call landlord, notify them. Tell them you have a problem and if it is a standard TREB lease it should have a clause stating the disturbance rules.

3) Call police to complaint about the loud neighbours.

На договор можно наплевать.

Никто тебе ничего делать небудет, да и невозможно.



Отношения не выясбяй - бесполезно.

Полицию вызывать - бесполезно, они ничего делать не могут, у них нет прав. Если те им дверь не откроют, то мемнты просто развернуться и уедут.



Хотя, для рекорда, вызови их пару раз. Деньги не стоит.



Если хочешь, можешь попробывать оставить записку лендлорду - "если вы не в состояние успокоить людей в такой то квартире, что нарушает наш договор о приемлемых условиях проживания, моё здоровье страдает и я буду вынужден выехать. Рассматриваете это как первое и последнее письменно предупреждение."



А вообще - сьезжать.

Как правило у безмозглых и безтактных дебилов никогда вдруг внезапно мозги не появляются.
