SCOPE- Graphic design, site structure requirements, competition review, etc, etc will be in the scope of the project.
TIMING - the site should be completed and launched by early summer. BUDGET - you will have to quote 3 options (fancy design, modest and low cost). We'll pick the one to our liking later in the process.

Forget about the money for now and send me examples of your work with price tag attached (both on the expensive and low cost side). Also this is not about how sophisticated you can be with site development, but how well you can suit it to my Co business needs. Showing me flashy stuff without discussing how it will help my consumers, partners and ultimately my $$$ will not do.

Once again, it is not for me but for my employer. I have a corporate multi-million media budget behind me.

иэх. действительно, какая область деятельности и что понимается под вебсайтом? Для кого он делается? Какой функциональностью должен обладать? с этого нужно начинать разговор, заинтересованные хотя бы конкретнее напишут, чем они смогут стать полезны и за какие деньги.

This may help you put togather a suggestion as to the absolutely neccessary elements of the site and do the job-costing. Такие дела так не делаются. Если это кокурс на лучшую графику/дизайн, то надо прямо сказать, и назначить премию на лучшие рисунки.

Наверняка у Вас в штате три десятка DBA, SysAdmin, Programmer, ...; наверняка в штате нет ни одного художника, или хотя-бы поэта...

Если фулл тайм сидеть над графикой (функционально там ничего нет). Если кто сам дизайнер, то у того конечно быстрее получится.
Две недели - месяц, 2-4 тысячи - я думаю, для фирмы это приемлемо.
