Title: Business Analyst
The Business Analyst will develop test strategies and plans and take ownership of testing deliverables for various change initiatives for the Trading Room Work Stream program.
Responsibilities:
·Develop and document test strategies and plans ·Prepare and maintain testing work packages for assigned projects ·Develop and manage schedule of timelines for test activities and deliverables
Test Preparation Activities:
·Review in depth business requirements and detailed design documents ·Demonstrate understanding of components being tested ·Develop test requirements matrix for assigned projects ·Prepare test execution plans ·Conduct walk-throughs of test strategies and plans ·Prepare and maintain test scripts and test data ·Prepare regression test packages,execution ·Execute test scripts ·Coordinate testing activities with end-users ·Provide status of scheduled activities and identify deviations from plan ·Provide assessment of quality and completeness of testing components ·Document, report, communicate variances and assign appropriate severity level ·Provide end of cycle report for all phases of testing Consultation ·Share knowledge and expertise with team members ·Participate and contribute to project post implementation review
Candidates must have the following skills:
- Experience in the banking/brokerage industry dealing with Credit Risk and/or Risk Management technologies
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- Expertise in gathering user-requirements
