Вопчим надо написать письмецо в компанию и пожаловаццо что я не очень доволен их действиями и тому подобное.. Просто во мне столько злости и негодования что я боюсь в порыве страсти ляпнуть что-то лишнее, а хочецца чтобы письмецо получилось формальное и со стороны культурное, но в тоже время человек который будет это читать должен понять по сути что я ему готов глаз на жопу натянуть.. Как мне покрасивее выразиться и намекнуть что если они своими задами не пошевелят, то я пойду в суд и всё такое.. Спа!

Мне абсолютно всё равно напугаются они или нет.. всё что я хочу сделать это произвести впечатление что я не воланчик, а весьма серьёзно отношусь к этой проблеме и просто так это не оставлю.. Проблема в вердикте страховой компании, а жалоба на то что расследования никакого не было, со свидетелями никто не общал, а сам клайм аджастар ниразу не ответил на мои звонки, хотя я ему звонил раз 10 и каждый раз оставлял сообщение.. мой файл просто закрыли о повесили вину на меня..

You might want to place a compaint (of course a valid one ) to the BBB- better business bureau, they will file the complaint on your behalf through the executive department but they take no sides, they are just a mediator...

I really doubt that this letter will make them overturn the decision, however I'm going to court anyways.. And that is what I want the letter to be about... to make my intentions clear.. that i'm pissed off because of all those things and I won't let it go until justcie is served :) but all that of course in a formal way...

такие письма обычно в оффисе распечатывают и вешают на стенку где потом все ржут когда его видят =))))
