Туве Янссон. "Шляпа Волшебника". Классика детской и не только литературы. Там был один Ондатр. Основная характеристика которого сводилась к тому, что он лежал в гамаке и читал книгу "О тщете всего сущего".

A million dollars might sound like a lot but it is just a drop in the ocean if you want to address three centuries of slavery and two more of its abolition without adequate redress to the mindset of hate, bigotry and many other forms of racial disharmony.

A budget of $750,000 is not enough to mobilize adequate resources to just prepare programs to educate children about slavery in all the schools across the province. It will cost a lot more to develop the material and the lesson plans to teach it.
