Captain Handy is looking for an experienced and organized Project Manager to oversee residential construction and renovation projects across the GTA.

### Responsibilities:

* Manage multiple projects from start to finish
* Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
* Schedule work and ensure projects stay on track
* Communicate with clients and provide project updates
* Conduct site visits and quality control inspections
* Resolve issues quickly and professionally
* Track project changes to the project
* Ensure all work meets company standards and safety requirements

### Requirements:

* Previous experience in construction project management. Preferrably landscaping.
* Strong knowledge of residential renovations, landscaping, interlock, decks, fences, and general contracting
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to read plans and scope of work documents
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Comfortable using technology, email, and project management software
