3. Igor Lipkanou spent 20 years helping big companies grow, then spent the last five proving the same levers work for small ones. It's an unlikely path to a small-business stage. A background in computer science and financial engineering. A decade applying analytics to investment management. A stretch managing startups for a $600 million venture fund. Since 2011 he has led 15+ organizational-transformation projects, with teams from five to 200+ people, an average return of about 3.5×, and tens of millions in savings and new revenue for his clients. He's a self-described data junkie who trusts the numbers over the hype. Somewhere along the way he noticed something. Small business owners are told to run a shrunk-down version of a big company, and that's exactly why it never works. What actually works is the opposite. You take the big-company playbook and flip it. The profit levers are the same. The way you pull them is not. That became MAGIC Quick Wins, the system he co-authored with Boris Kirillov to help owners stuck under $1M double their profits in under a year. Not by overhauling everything. By changing the right things: small, strategic Quick Wins across the five areas where most businesses quietly leak money. His core idea is that you don't need a bigger business to make more money. You need a handful of small changes that compound, and a system that keeps running when you're at your kid's soccer game instead of the office. Igor works with owners across Canada, the US, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

For over 15 years, Yaroslav has been on a single mission: to permanently separate intuition from fortune-telling, mysticism, and guesswork — and rebuild it as a precise, trainable business tool. His work begins with demystification. Most professionals either dismiss intuition entirely or treat it as something vague and uncontrollable. Yaroslav dismantles both misconceptions. He explains intuition as a physiological process — a direct information channel from the subconscious to the body, transmitting binary signals through the nervous system: a clear "yes" or "no" in response to carefully formulated questions. No mystical fog. No waiting for signs. Just structured, on-demand access to data that logical analysis cannot reach quickly or cheaply. Central to his methodology is a sharp distinction between gut reaction — a self-protective reflex driven by past experience — and true intuition, which delivers objective, forward-looking signals about future outcomes. He also clarifies that tools like pendulums carry no inherent magic; they are simply mechanical amplifiers that make the body's micro-signals visible to the eye. In practice, Yaroslav works with clients both as an intuitive consultant and as a trainer — helping business professionals develop and apply this skill themselves. Whether cutting through costly trial-and-error cycles, vetting a candidate, or evaluating a deal before committing resources, the goal is the same: equipping any business person with a reliable internal instrument they can use on demand, independently, and with confidence.
