📦 LOGISTICS MANAGER 📦
📍 Location: Brampton, ON (Hwy 50 & Langstaff Rd.)
💲 Pay: $30–$35/hour
🕖 Schedule: Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🕒 Full-Time Position

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Shipping & Quality Control team.
Assign daily work, establish priorities, and balance workloads.
Coordinate shipping, receiving, and logistics operations.
Receive incoming products, including mulch, fertilizers, and customer returns.
Process outbound courier shipments and prepare shipping documentation.
Ensure Bills of Lading, cross-border documentation, and receiving paperwork are completed accurately.
Respond to customer shipping and logistics inquiries professionally.
Lead daily and weekly team meetings.
Promote a safe, organized, and team-oriented work environment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

✔ 3–5+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination.
✔ Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
✔ Experience preparing Bills of Lading, shipping documents, and cross-border paperwork.
✔ Strong organizational and time management skills.
✔ Excellent communication and customer service skills.
✔ Proficient with inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
✔ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification is an asset.
✔ Knowledge of equipment maintenance practices is an asset.
